Favourites policy:
In istarwyn's opinion, adding pictures to the club gallery is a waste of time. Not only do I have to go through the trouble of saving the pic to my computer and submitting it through the club, then we have to drop a million warnings not to favourite the piece in our gallery and to find the picture in the deviant's own gallery and fave and comment there. Even so, there's always people who either forget, or just don't bother and rob the deviant of the due attention and commment and fave at the club.
Therefore, we will add pieces to our favourites gallery. This creates a multi-deviant gallery which can be browsed by others, with thumbnails leading directly to the deviation itself. This also helps out the deviant by adding to that picture's fave count. It's easier for everyone.

We will not affiliate with any contradictory clubs (ie, lupin+someoneelse or tonks+someoneelse), and istarwyn reserves the right to refuse any clubs with themes she doesn't want to encourage...ie, anti-canon slash pairing clubs, simply because she can.

~Lupin-Tonks has joined forces with ~potterart to introduce the star-awards system. As explained by ~Tempestmoon :

Therefore, if you are a member of both clubs, and win a contest in either club (lupin-tonks or potterart), you will be awarded s on ~potterart's memberlist for first place, and s for second place. Once you have won ten full s, you win A REAL PRIZE!! Not just the fame and glory that comes from ending up first.

For those who don't know, [link] is one of the foremost sources of Harry Potter replicas and merchandise. Seriously neat stuff. And you can WIN something!

Our contests will remain vote-determined, but we reserve the right to null any votes that have been 'spoiled' like in all electoral processes. Details on this can be obtained by noting the club, but they will be posted again when the contest is closed for entries and voting begins anew. THIS PROCESS IS NOW IN EFFECT, AND THE WINNERS OF OUR CURRENT CONTEST WILL BE ELIGIBLE!

Theme: SCHOOL!!

Your mission should you choose to accept it, is to create a Remus+Tonks art with a school-y theme. Be it Back2School, their schooldays, Remus's teaching days, snoggingunderthedesk*cough*.....well yes. You get it.

Your rules are as follows: There shall be nothing explicit. There shall be no flames. There shall be CAKE!! no there won't. But yeah. I don't think I need to give you guys rules. Y'all are on the ball. Still, if any of you newbs try anything funny...you'll get a solid mocking.

If you are a member, you are not required to do anything. We encourage you to participate in contests and note us links to any lupin+tonks themed art you create.
You will be added to the members list if you note us with a request to join, or simply by adding us to your friends list. We prefer to receive requests in notes, it shows us you've actually taken the time to read the main journal.
If you would rather not be considered a member, just note us and we'll remove your name.
